Do free agent signings usually work out for the new team?
Q. I think around 20 percent of free agents signed by new clubs actually get what they paid for. It seems most free agents are busts with their new teams, so I wonder why owners keep throwing these big contracts at players with no promise of good results. Dont forget about carl pavano, jason giambi, to mention a few of the busts.

A. 50/50 for most teams...for the YANKEES 20/80. The Yankees have a bad habit of picking up players by beating out other teams by paying wayyy too much for them. Players who are not worth what they paid simply to either beat out the RED SOX or to make a big splash in the media. That's why most of their "big" free agent sigings blow up in their faces. Carl Pavano, A-ROD & Johnny Damon are prime examples of them trying to stick it to the RED SOX and then screwing themselves in the process

What free, downloadable programs allow you to trim and cut audio files for use as ringtones?
Q. I'm looking for a free program that I can download online that will allow me to trim/cut/edit audio files on my computer to make ringtones. I've already tried AVS Audio Tools and it puts a voice watermark on all my output files with the free version of the software.

What is the best fragrance free kids shampoo?
Q. My 3 year old son gets his hair washed every other day. We keep it buzzed so it is very short. I use a fragrance free "natural" brand of shampoo right now but his hair always stinks. I don't want to mask the smell with fragrance, I just want his hair clean. A combo shampoo/body wash would be great. But it has to be fragrance free and SLS and paraben free, as well. Thanks.

A. Burts Bees. dont use johnson and johnson it has fermeldahyde in it. google the website safe cosmetics. it should say on there about it.
