What allows executive orders from an outgoing President to be irreversible?
Q. It seems to me like what one does, the next should be able to reverse. Yet they say that Bush plans on implementing 90 executive orders to implement even more deregulation for industry and the only things we can do are to sue for constitutionality or to use congressional review which wouldn't allow for replacement legislation.

A. Timing. They can potentially be reversed, but not without a whole lot of time consuming bureacratic rigamarole because of when he made them.

Finally - And if you are working for the risk management department of a company as a claims coordinator - do you think a certificate in risk management will give you the credentials and experience you need to get more into risk and out of claims?

A. www.salary.com Using the title is pretty useless, as each company can make up it's own title. The positions are respected, the jobs are secure. But risk management and claims are two completely different things.

A. Any executive golf course I've seen has always been a par 3 golf course consisting of all 9, par 3 holes. A par 35 or 36 course would be a regular course. You are right.
